MUST HAVE :
• 5+ Years of relevant experience in Payroll Accounting (Do not submit candidates from HR background handling employee payroll)
• Candidate should have knowledge of payroll related accounting, payroll tax compliances, labor laws, third party payroll operations handling
• Geographies for which payroll knowledge and experience required - APAC / EMEA Payroll (India, US, UK, Singapore, Dubai, France, etc.).
• Experience in handling Payroll issues with Payroll agencies and HR Operations team
• Maintain general ledger - payroll transactions and entry in ERP system
• Strong communication - candidate will need to coordinate with global payroll teams and agencies
JOB DESCRIPTION :
"Proven ability to appropriately handle sensitive information required. Must have a high degree of accuracy and a customer-service approach. Must demonstrate a knack for navigating in an ambiguous environment. Check and Validate the Inputs received from HR Ops for all Global Locations. Ensure that payroll reports are reviewed, and validated before the Pay run and payout is done as per the agreed timelines. Ensure payroll taxes are paid and filed as per respective country scheduled dates in due coordination with Payroll agencies. Resolve issues if any with respect to payroll matters in due coordination with Payroll agencies and HR Ops. Maintain general ledger and passed all entries with regard to payroll transactions in the Financial System. Preparing payroll schedules duly tied with payroll expenses and Liability as per Financial vs. Payroll reports. Co-ordinates with team to resolve GL team queries"
REQUIREMENTS :
Must have APAC/ EMEA payroll expereince. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance or related field. Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in HR or Payroll management, preferably with a focus on APAC / EMEA payroll processing. Strong understanding of APAC/EMEA payroll regulations, tax requirements, and labor laws. Proficiency in payroll and ADP worforce software. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining confidential information. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with Global teams and employees. Ability to work independently, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills. Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic and evolving work environment.
