Due to an upcoming parental leave, we are seeking an Assistant Product Manager to support our team at our Carole Park site. We’re looking for someone who enjoys collaborating across departments, building strong relationships, and contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced FMCG environment. This full-time, 6-month fixed-term role will play a key part in driving NPD, packaging projects, market insights and digital activity, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver key initiatives.

What You’ll Do:
Develop market insights to guide strategy, including trend analysis, competitor reviews and sales data interpretation.
Lead NPD projects through the full stage-gate process and support foodservice packaging development.
Execute go-to-market plans for new and existing products, including channel-specific messaging.
Manage food service digital activity, including Instagram, LinkedIn and website content and reporting.
Create and support internal and external presentations, including monthly management reports.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of agreed projects.
What You’ll Bring:
3+ years of FMCG marketing experience with strong multi-project management capabilities.
Experience leading NPD or product launches through a structured process.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market, competitor and sales data.
Solid digital marketing experience, including managing social channels and reporting.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Adobe skills highly regarded.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence presenting and collaborating.
Proactive, energetic and detail-driven with the ability to work independently.
