Job Description
1. Drive TPP / BANCA product and Government scheme for Micro Banking customer.
2. Working closely with internal /external customers to settle the claim (LI, GI, HI or CSLI)
3. Working closely with insurance partner for product enhancement
3. Create SOP, policy documents for the bank as per Regulatory and compliance guidelines
4. Work closely with IT team to integrate LOS/LMS for claim tracking or settlement.
5. Working with cross functional teams of the bank
6. Monitor Business numbers for the TPP and Government schemes
