Job Description
We are looking for a Bachelor of Architecture/MBA to help us develop and implement our studio production strategies. This position is best suited for candidates who want to gain valuable experience in a managerial role with advancement potential.During your tenure, you’ll learn how to identify and apply important strategies and business processes. You’ll get to know how to scale a company with Agile working methodology in our company’s functions and operations. You’ll support our management team with daily tasks such as task planning, ensuring work’s progress and crafting performance reports. Responsibilities
Report to studio head and support managers to complete their daily tasks (e.g. weekly project planning, implementing new policies)Understand each department’s (e.g. Production, Operations, Marketing) daily processes and goals and creating weekly plans.Provide administrative supportGet familiar with personnel duties and company’s working tools (e.g. CRM, Gitscrum etc.)Participate in company’s strategic planningAssist studio head in evaluating project manager’s/team’s performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data)Creating Technical and process documentation.Research ways to increase efficiency and lower riskCreate and give presentations
Requirements and skills
Experience in management or similar/relevant field (e.g. Team Management.)Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA/Trello, Slack, Asana, etc.Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office (specifically excel)Strong verbal and written presentation skillsExcellent math and computational abilityEffective communication skills (Reading and Writing)A degree in Management, Business or Engineering (MBA, B.Tech, B.Arch)
