Scope of Work
Programmatic:
1. Building teaching resources
2. Fostering ties between industry and academia
3. Recommending reading/ films resources to the library
5. Hours of research per week and the same needs to be presented once a month
6. Identification and invitation to Guest faculty
7. Curating and organizing seminars and workshops
8 Supporting school events through participation and sharing of duties
Academic:
1. Teaching - Lesson planning, class preparation, class hours, student assessment and feedback and documentation.
2. Researching on a range of topics relevant to the course and providing inputs during course planning
3. Planning out-of-campus workshops / visits
4. Streamlining course deliveries
5. Attending school events and garnering support for them
6. Encouraging and supporting participation and winning awards in external competitions 8. Active participation in supporting student co-curricular activities
Student:
1. Identifying students who need additional support and course correction on as-is-need basis
2. Supporting student learning with empathy
3. Fostering the students' emotional, intellectual, value and cultural growth and helping them integrate all layers of their personality
4. Providing students with a holistic education
5. Addressing students' doubts
6. Student advising and support
Administration:
1. Attendance
2. Timely submission of documentation, assessments and feedback, timely inputs, timely replies to emails
3. Supporting and participating in Institution building programs
4. Building teaching resources - Sample files that support demonstrations, prototypes, documentations of the year, collection and documentation of outstanding student work
5. Helping in the organization of school events 6. Supporting outreach activities – organizing workshops, boot camps, and any other activity, need based
7. Providing impetus and support for experiments in Innovation
8. Sharing ideas / relevant information with all team members
