Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Assistant Professor of Business Administration to join our faculty team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate courses in the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program, engaging in academic research, and contributing to the overall development of the program. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to student success and a passion for fostering an engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach undergraduate courses in various areas of business administration, including but not limited to management, marketing, finance, and entrepreneurship.
• Develop and implement course syllabi, instructional materials, and assessment methods that align with program objectives.
• Conduct academic research in business administration or related fields and publish findings in reputable journals.
• Mentor and advise students on academic and career goals, providing guidance and support throughout their studies.
• Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and program assessment activities.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance the educational experience and promote interdisciplinary initiatives.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in business education, integrating relevant content into course offerings.
• Engage in community service and outreach activities that support the mission of the institution.
Qualifications:
• M.B.A.
• Previous teaching experience at the undergraduate level is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of business principles and practices, with the ability to convey complex concepts effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to engage students and foster an inclusive learning environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
