Description: We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Associate Professor- Computer Science to join our prestigious institution as part of our Faculty of Engineering and Technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Computer Science, with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant experience. As an Assistant Professor, you will be responsible for supporting the academic and administrative activities within the department, assisting faculty members, and engaging with students to ensure a productive learning environment. Responsibilities: Assist faculty members in preparing course materials, including lecture notes, presentations, and assignments, for Engineering and Technology Department. Conduct research and gather relevant information to support teaching activities. Provide guidance and mentorship to students, both individually and in group settings, to enhance their understanding of Computer Science Department. Support student learning by organizing and facilitating study groups, workshops, and tutoring sessions. Evaluate and grade student assignments, exams, and projects, providing constructive feedback to foster academic growth. Assist in the development and implementation of new course materials and curriculum enhancements. Collaborate with faculty members in organizing academic events, such as conferences, seminars, and guest lectures. Provide administrative support, including maintaining course records, scheduling meetings, and coordinating departmental activities. Assist in the coordination of internships, industry visits, and other practical learning opportunities for students. Contribute to the ongoing assessment and improvement of the Law and MBA Marketing programs. Requirements: A master's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution. Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in teaching, research, or related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex concepts to students. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines. Passion for teaching and supporting the academic growth of students. Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students in a diverse educational setting. Proficiency in using technology for teaching, research, and administrative tasks. Familiarity with educational software and learning management systems is a plus.
