Job Summary:
The Assistant Professor in Digital Marketing is responsible for teaching, conducting research, and advising students in the areas of digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and experience in teaching and research.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and teach courses in digital marketing, including topics such as search engine optimization (SEO), SEO copywriting, social media marketing, email marketing, and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
· Conduct research in digital marketing and publish findings in academic journals.
· Advise undergraduate and graduate students on their academic and career goals.
· Participate in departmental and university committees.
· Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in digital marketing.
Qualifications:
· Post graduate with 55% marks or Ph.D. degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or a related field. (Candidates who have qualified NET in management will be preferred more)
· 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, in a managerial or executive position.
· Experience in teaching or training, preferably in a higher education setting.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong research skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Should be an out-of-the-box thinker
· Should stay abreast of the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in the field of management. Continuously improve and update teaching methodologies and course content to reflect evolving industry demands.
