The Faculty of Business at FLAME University is inviting applications from highly research-active candidates for full time positions in Operations, including supply chain management, quantitative techniques and business intelligence/business analytics.

The Faculty of Business at FLAME University is inviting applications from highly research-active candidates for full time positions in Operations, including supply chain management, quantitative techniques and business intelligence/business analytics.
We are actively seeking candidates across all levels (Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor). Those with a mix of experience in academia and industry will be preferred. Faculty responsibilities include but are not limited to teaching, advising students, participating in faculty colloquia, and academic administration. A Ph.D. is mandatory at the time of application. A successful applicant will:
1. Undertake independent high-quality research as well as work actively with existing members to build a strong interdisciplinary community of scholars who are committed to delivering cutting-edge research and innovation
2. Translate research findings into evidence-based practices, programs and policies
3. Remain committed to excellence in teaching- a core value of FLAME University- and adopt creative pedagogies that foster cultures of inclusion and diversity.
