Responsibilities
- Managing the Team and making sure that the work has been well allocated to all considering their respective KRAs.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of your project(s) and being accountable for the delivery of the tasks.
- Researching strategic growth opportunities and partnerships to enhance the scope of growth for your project.
- Communicating regularly with partners and clients and making sure internal and external communications are well executed.
- Monitoring project KPIs and daily revenue and assissting the team with presenting useful data to the client.
Executing innovative marketing strategies and product/program launches.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project & scope, effectively and according to standards.
- Review deliverables prepared by the team before passing them to the customers. The PM is the first and the last line of defense and needs to double-check everything before delivering it to the client.
- Effectively applies our methodology and enforces business standards.
- Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
- Manage & work on different tools for task management, quick communication, CRMs and other relevant tools for optimizing & automating tasks.
- Ensure all project documents are complete, cross-checked, and stored.
- Spend hours each day surfing the web learning new skills and strategies.
- Upgrade and update your 'new features' knowledge on a regular basis and learning basic SEO.
- Eventually having the receptivity to learning basic Tech and WordPress skills.
