About the Internship:
Job Title: Executive Assistant / Project Manager
Key responsibilities:
1. Project management - Maintain task lists, follow up on delegated actions, and drive projects to completion. Provide status updates and flag risks/issues in a timely manner.
2. Deliverable ownership - Take ownership of preparing team materials, presentations, and other deliverables while meeting tight deadlines.
3. Calendar management - Proactively schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
4. Research and administration - Conduct research, prepare presentations and reports, handle expense reports and other routine administrative tasks efficiently.
5. Communication - Communicate critical information clearly across clients, team members and leadership. Escalate issues appropriately.
This is a full-time role based in Shyam Nagar, Jaipur with a hybrid onsite/remote schedule.
The compensation range is CTC 2.4-3.6 LPA basis skillset & prior experience.
Requirements:
1-2 years of work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Project Manager
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
