The Role/Duties:
Liaising with buyers, vendors and suppliers
Open home preparations
Prospecting warm clients
Lead generation
Preparation for appraisals and listing presentations
Nurture clients and generation of new leads and opportunities
Attending open homes, buyer inspections, final inspections
Relationship management
After sales follow up
About you:
Results driven and focused
A confident communicator and well presented
Have a keen interest in personal development
A demonstrated ability to build effective relationships, resulting in loyal clients within the real estate industry
A willingness to go above and beyond for your clients and team, with a genuine drive and passion for helping people
Current driver’s licence and reliable car
Current Certificate 1V in Real Estate Practice or Agents Representative Certificate
