Key Responsibilities
1. Project Research
Conduct deep research on residential projects across identified micro-markets.
Understand project positioning, configuration mix, pricing, developer reputation, approvals, and delivery timelines.
Interact with sales teams, channel partners and site teams to gather accurate project information.
Document unit layouts, design efficiency, amenities, and differentiation of each project.
2. Locality & Micro-Market Research
Build detailed micro-market intelligence covering:
Infrastructure (existing and upcoming)
Connectivity and transport access
Social infrastructure (schools, hospitals, retail)
Future development potential
Supply pipeline and competitive projects
Map land parcels, new launches and upcoming development corridors.
3. Buyer Research
Speak to buyers (end-users and investors) to understand:
Purchase motivations
Budget expectations
Unit preferences
Concerns, doubts and decision drivers
Capture buyer gaps, confusions and unmet needs across the buying journey.
4. Field Intelligence Gathering
Visit multiple projects weekly as per beat plans.
Conduct structured interviews with buyers, brokers and developers.
Identify market shifts, demand trends and emerging buyer segments.
5. Research Documentation
Convert field observations into structured research reports on:
Projects
Localities
Buyer insights
Maintain research databases and micro-market trackers.
Provide regular insight inputs to the City Research Lead.
6. Content Inputs
Provide ground insights for buyer-focused content and videos.
Help identify important buyer questions and decision gaps for content creation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
2–6 years of experience in real estate research, consulting, brokerage, or developer organizations.
Strong understanding of residential real estate projects and micro-markets.
Comfortable with field research and stakeholder conversations.
Ability to analyse information and convert it into structured insights.
