A highly sought after opportunity has presented to work alongside an experienced Asset Manager across an Industrial portfolio. You will be joining an eam of experienced property professionals and given exceptional mentorship and training.

Duties Will Include

Management and execution of property management services with an emphasis on creating positive tenant relationships.
Assist with arrears, accruals, invoicing and reporting.
Monthly asset reports, reporting and tenancy schedules.
