🔍 Role: Assistant PYP Coordinator
As our Assistant PYP Coordinator, you'll be the co-pilot of our PYP journey — blending visionary leadership with hands-on curriculum support to bring learning alive. You’ll work closely with the PYP Coordinator, teachers, and school leadership to ensure alignment, innovation, and integrity across our IB Primary Years Programme.
🚀 What You'll Do:
✅ Support implementation of the IB PYP framework
✅ Mentor and collaborate with passionate educators
✅ Coordinate unit planning, documentation & reflections
✅ Drive student agency, ATL skills & concept-based learning
✅ Lead PD sessions, team meetings & inquiry-driven initiatives
✅ Keep the vibe positive, progressive, and IB-aligned
🎯 You MUST Have:
✔️ Hands-on experience as an Assistant PYP Coordinator in an IB World School
✔️ Deep understanding of the IB philosophy and PYP standards & practices
✔️ Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
