Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Support end-to-end Recruitment & Talent Acquisition for non-IT roles, primarily involving mid senior sales / digital marketing / business analysts.
• Use recruiter, job portals, and social media for candidate searching and direct placement.
• Screen resumes and applications; conduct phone screening and competency-based interviewing.
• Coordinate interviews and assist in recruitment advertising.
• Assist in onboarding, orientation, and HR documentation.
• Maintain HRIS records, support human resource planning and policy implementation.
• Assist in employee engagement, performance management, and exit interviews.
• Handle general office administration and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Work closely with the HR Manager on human resource strategy and development projects.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR / Business Administration / Related Field.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of HR-related experience doing Non-IT recruitments may apply.
• Excellent communication skills (Fluent English & Hindi mandatory; knowledge of local languages is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
• Familiarity with recruiter / candidate selection tools preferred.
• Must be based in Bangalore; preference for candidates within 30 minutes of our office.
