Key Responsibilities:

Database Management:
Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment status.

Help create and post job listings across various platforms to attract potential candidates.
Candidate Communication:
Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing updates and responding to queries throughout the recruitment process.
Onboarding Support:
Assist with the onboarding of new hires by coordinating with HR and relevant departments.
Administrative Tasks:
Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks such as organizing documents, preparing reports, and tracking recruitment metrics.
Collaboration:
Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth and efficient recruitment processes.
Compliance:
Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
