Job Description
· Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote medical programs, courses, and events offered by the university.
· Identify target audiences and devise effective campaigns and events to attract prospective students
2. Lead Generation and Conversion:
· Generate leads through various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and partnerships.
· Collaborate with admissions teams to convert leads into enrolled students by providing compelling information about the university's offerings and carrying out regular follow-ups with applicants and prospective students.
3. Content Creation and Branding:
· Develop engaging content for promotional materials, website, and social media platforms to enhance the university's brand image.
· Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
4. Market Research:
· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the medical education sector.
· Conduct market research to identify areas for growth and improvement.
Qualifications/Skills:
o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
o Proven experience in digital and social media marketing, with a focus on sales in the education sector.
o Strong understanding of digital and social media marketing strategies and tools.
o Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
o Creative thinking to develop unique and engaging marketing campaigns.
o Familiarity with medical education and healthcare industry trends is a plus.
