This role is NOT for highly experienced professionals or those expecting a higher salary range. Freshers with strong internship or trainee experience may apply.
???? About the Role:
You will play a key role in day-to-day resort operations, team management, and guest satisfaction. You’ll work directly with the core team to drive performance and deliver a premium guest experience.
???? Key Responsibilities:
• Guest Delight: Ensure smooth check-ins, top-tier service, and proactive guest care.
• Team Leadership: Train, supervise, and maintain team discipline and grooming.
• Daily Operations: Run the property based on SOPs and checklists.
• F&B & Revenue: Support the restaurant team in maximizing sales and efficiency.
• Maintenance Oversight: Ensure timely upkeep and cleanliness across the resort.
• Vendor & Cost Control: Manage local vendors and maintain budget targets.
• Reporting: Share daily updates, suggest improvements, and reduce operational gaps.
