The search for a restaurant assistant manager
This role is a Full time position and the candidate must be available weekends

To be a successful candidate for the role you should be confident and knowledgable in all front of house operations, and also have good wine knowledge and cocktail making skills
In addition
You will have at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role, and also have excellent barista skills, you’re a hospitality expert, have a passion for training, leading & mentoring teams.
Manage front and back of house operations
Experience in achieving Sales targets and cost budgets
Working product knowledge of all food and beverage and the ability to impart knowledge to staff
Consistently review operations and staff to identify any problems, concerns and opportunities for improvement
Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service and ensure all staff engage guests to understand their needs and exceed expectations
Assist in new menu promotions and marketing drives
Conduct staff training sessions and daily briefings

Pay: $55,806.83 – $76,949.54 per year
