Lead and supervise Food & Beverage service within the restaurant and bar, ensuring service standards are followed for a friendly, genuine, and engaging experience. Prepare forecast reports and roster staff accordingly. Assist the Restaurant Manager and Sommelier in purchasing, stock control, and management. Ensure standard operating procedures are updated and followed. Build and develop a high-performing team by leading and mentoring with a collaborative, motivational, and empowering approach.
Qualifications
What you will bring to the role:
Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role, within high-end dining operations
Strong service skills, with confidence in all aspects of service.
A strong ability to lead a team and assist with management and guidance of staff.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication.
Valid South Australian Responsible Service of ******* (RSA) certification.
A true love and passion for food, beverage and creating genuine memorable guest experiences.
