Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
• Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking and referrals.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and opportunities for business expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
• Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential business opportunities.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior sales team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the packer and mover industry or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage and persuade customers.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a keen eye for identifying sales opportunities.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using sales CRM software and other relevant tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
