In this newly created role, you will be joining an enthusiastic team of dedicated, specialist customer service professionals who are multi skilled, flexible, resilient and highly collaborative.
You will be responsible for:
Assisting with quality checks and compliance reviews to maintain high standards.
Supporting training and onboarding to ensure new team members hit the ground running.
Drafting and updating process documentation and coordinating maintenance of knowledge resources
Supporting coordination of service queues and keeping workflows on track.
Helping resolve complex enquiries by gathering information and ensuring timely follow up.
Contributing ideas to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
Reporting on team activity, service levels and trends and responding to information requests.

About You:
To excel as an Assistant Service Advisor, you’ll need to be a team player, have strong organisational skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently. Your enthusiasm for supporting others and commitment to continuous learning and improvement will help you succeed in a role that’s both dynamic and rewarding.
SafeWork Regulatory Services currently employs a hybrid working model that includes both designated Gosford office attendance days (primarily) and remote work, which will evolve in line with departmental office attendance policies, along with agreed flexible work options.
