The Opportunity
We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our Birkenhead Point Outlet.
Supporting the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving performance, leading your team, and delivering a personalised, elevated customer experience. This is a great opportunity for a passionate retail leader looking to grow their career within a fast-paced outlet environment.
Permanent full-time | Tuesday–Saturday roster
What You’ll Do
Support and inspire your team to deliver exceptional, personalised service
Maintain high standards of store presentation and product care
Assist in driving sales performance and achieving store targets
Support daily operations, including rostering, stock flow and customer experience
Collaborate with your Store Manager to create a positive and high-performing team culture
What You Bring
Experience in fast paced retail leadership
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Confidence in supporting and developing a team
High attention to detail in store standards and presentation
Ability to manage day-to-day operations with organisation and initiative
A passion for fashion, luxury, and delivering exceptional experiences
