The Role:
Working collaboratively with the Store Manager, you’ll lead a high performing team focused on delivering the Ultimate Retail Experience. You will exhibit and align yourself with Retailors’ values; LEADERSHIP, CARE, ACCOUNTABILITY, TRANSPARENCY and INNOVATION. Your day to day will involve leading by example, developing your team through hands on coaching, driving operational excellence, and fostering a strong, positive culture within your store.

To be successful in this role you will have:

Proven leadership experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, confidently coaching a team to achieve strong results
Commitment in delivering the Ultimate Retail Experience
A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs, with a results driven mindset
