We are on the lookout for an AMAZING Assistant Store Manager to take our store in Pacific Fair to the next level!
DECJUBA Pacific Fair is fast, exciting, and full of momentum. As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be right at the centre of it all - supporting the Store Manager, leading the DREAMTEAM through busy trade, and delivering AMAZING service to a constant stream of customers. From exclusive DLUXE styling to high-volume floor leadership, this role offers exposure, pace, and the chance to grow quickly in one of DECJUBA’s most iconic stores.

You’re passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills
You have previous experience working with a medium to large retail business
You’re ready to join an employer that invests in the development of your leadership and management, with a mix of hands-on, in-store and virtual training.
You pride yourself on delivering AMAZING customer experiences with the support of our inspiring Regional Management team.
You work closely with your Store Manager to lead by example and create an inclusive, inspirational, and supportive environment (because we believe energy is contagious!)
