As our Customer Service Manager / Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be a key driver in shaping an inspiring, customer-centric store culture while supporting the Store Manager to achieve exceptional performance.

What You’ll Do
Drive sales and financial performance, supporting the Store Manager to deliver budgets and KPIs.
Lead daily operations to ensure excellence across merchandising, inventory, and omni-channel services.
Create an exceptional customer experience, using loyalty and club programs to build lasting relationships.
Build and develop a high-performing team through training, coaching, and succession planning.
Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace health & safety, and operational standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders – from suppliers to community partners – to make the store a true hub of the local sporting community.

Strong retail leadership experience – you know how to bring out the best in your team.
Proven success in driving sales and operational excellence.
A customer-first mindset and a passion for creating seamless, memorable shopping experiences.
A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and peak periods.
