As our Customer Service Manager / Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be a key driver in shaping an inspiring, customer-centric store culture while supporting the Store Manager to achieve exceptional performance.

What You’ll Do
Drive sales and financial performance, supporting the Store Manager to deliver budgets and KPIs.

Build and develop a high-performing team through training, coaching, and succession planning.
Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace health & safety, and operational standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders – from suppliers to community partners – to make the store a true hub of the local sporting community.
