Job Title: Customer Service Associate
Location: 1595 W Broadway, Vancouver, BC
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Greet customers, understand their shipping and printing needs, and provide tailored solutions.
Shipping Assistance: Guide customers on packaging, shipping options, and costs; prepare shipments for FedEx, DHL, and other carriers.
Printing & Passport Photo Services: Operate basic printing, scanning, and photocopying equipment; assist customers with document handling.
Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately, including cash, card payments, and billing.
Problem-Solving: Resolve customer queries, track shipments, and liaise with courier companies for updates.
Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized workspace; restock supplies as needed.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or retail required.
Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin/Cantonese required.
Familiarity with courier services (FedEx, DHL, etc.) or printing equipment is preferred but not required – training will be provided.
Proficient with computers and basic software like MS Office.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
