We are looking for an Assistant Team Lead with a minimum of two years' experience in sales who can effectively assist the organization's sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition.
Responsibilities
• Conduct online product demonstrations for potential clients.
• Maintain follow-ups over calls and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them.
• Provide training and coaching to help team members perform well and achieve sales targets.
• Building and hiring of the sales team of Business Development Associates as per company expansion plan.
• Ensure that company targets are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
Qualifications
• Minimum 2+ years in sales and 6 months in team leading or handling.
• Experience in education sales is highly preferred.
• Previous roles: Business Development Manager, Assistant Team Lead, or Senior Sales Executive.
