Roles and Responsibilities:
• Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of COBOL, TACL, Guardian procedure calls, Pathway, SQL/MP, and Tandem Utilities.
• Problem-Solving: Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address technical challenges and ensure system stability.
• Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support daily operations and knowledge transfer.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and accurate implementation of technical solutions.
Skills Required:
• 5-10 years of hands-on experience with COBOL, TACL, Guardian procedure calls, Pathway, SQL/MP, and Tandem Utilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in documenting SOPs
• Knowledge of Tandem environment and its specific requirements
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (preferred)
• Ability to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends
Education: Any Graduation
