Job Description
The Dominguez Group is looking for a highly motivated Assistant Team Lead to help grow and manage our real estate team in Central Florida. This is a leadership opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a major leadership role while helping scale a fast-growing real estate team.
Our goal is to grow to 50 agents in Central Florida within the next 2 years, and this role will be critical in helping us reach that goal.
The Assistant Team Lead will work directly with the National Team Lead to manage agents, oversee lead distribution, monitor transactions, and help drive team production.
Responsibilities
• Assign and distribute leads to agents
• Work with transaction coordinators and assistants to ensure transactions are properly managed
• Hold weekly team meetings and training sessions
• Provide weekly sales and production reports to the National Team Lead
• Help recruit and onboard new agents to the team
• Assist agents with contracts, negotiations, and deal structuring
• Monitor agent performance
• Help implement systems, CRM processes, and follow-up procedures
• Ensure all leads are being properly followed up in the CRM
• Help organize team events, trainings, and masterminds
• Support marketing initiatives and listing promotions
• Maintain team culture, accountability, and production standards
• Help agents grow their business through listings, buyers, and lead generation strategies
• Assist with building systems and processes as the team scales
• Help develop future team leaders within the organization
Qualifications
• Active Florida Real Estate License
• Leadership or team management experience preferred
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Experience with CRM systems (Follow Up Boss preferred)
• Transaction management experience is a plus
• Goal-oriented and growth-minded
• Wants to grow into a leadership role
• Real estate sales experience preferred but not required

Pay: $73,429.00 - $84,645.00 per year
