CTC - Upto - 11 LPA* (Hike will be given basis your last CTC)
Location – Vile Parle, Mumbai
Work Days: 5 days working (Week-off: Saturday and Sunday will be off)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage end to end recruitment and selection process of Technical & Non-Technical hiring parse Real Estate sector.
Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle including talent acquisition, induction, engagement, performance management, and exits.
Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Managed HR interventions aligned to business and HR strategy, to drive long-term performance, including effective organizational design, talent, and succession.
Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
Lead employer branding initiatives.
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
Complete On-boarding Life cycle till exit.
Support organizational change initiatives and culture-building programs.
Requirements and skills:
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and qualified networks.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Deadline driven.
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail.
