Team Lead of SEO is fully responsible to drive web traffic & conversions through Organic & Referral Channels for RTDS. The key focus is planning and executing SEO activities in order to drive our business profitability goals of incremental revenue and lower cost per lead. This position helps set and executes the strategies for organic search and SEO, working in conjunction with SEM and creative efforts.
Key Functional Responsibilities:
• Manage a team who have expertise in SEO, Social Media, ORM and Content creation
• Help the team members to achieve their career objectives by motivating, mentoring, and developing their skillsets
• Strategize and execute plans that drive conversions through Organic & Referral channels
• Manage day-to-day SEO Operations, keyword analysis, and gather competitor intelligence
• Define requirements, tasks, and resources associated with Marketing objectives
• Identify and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to measure and monitor the channel as well as the team’s performance
• Manage and review on-page, off-page & technical SEO, and fix the issues
• Strategize and build useful backlinks, remove ineffective ones, and promote guest posts
• Optimize website content, landing pages, Meta titles, Descriptions, and CTAs to improve page performance
• Keep abreast of current search engine signals & trends and update the same in our setup as per the needs
• Create and Monitor Analytics dashboards & reports to evaluate the performance of the various activities
• Collaborate with content, design, web development, and other supporting functions of marketing
Skill Requirement:
• Passion for Digital Marketing especially SEO/Organic channels
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with more than consistent Academic performance (10th & 12th > 70%, Graduation > 70%)
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience
• Familiarity with relevant tools e.g. Moz, Ahrefs, SEMRush, ScreamingFrog, Google Analytics etc.
• Excellent analytical skills with a data driven approach
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
