Your Mission
As the Assistant Venue Manager, you’ll be the right hand to the Venue Manager, helping to run a multi-faceted entertainment venue that’s all about fun, energy, and exceptional guest service. You’ll play a key role in shaping the success of the venue, leading by example, and living our values every step of the way.

What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting the Venue Manager in daily operations and team leadership
Driving team performance and fostering a positive, energetic culture
Managing guest experiences to ensure every visit is exceptional
Assisting with financial and operational responsibilities, including rostering and budgeting
Leading group bookings and events with creativity and flair
Championing safety, service, and standards across the venue
