Job Description
Awfis is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Senior to oversee and manage our digital marketing strategy and activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and a proven track record of successfully managing campaigns and projects that increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives
Manage and coordinate all digital marketing activities, including website development, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and analytics
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and make recommendations to improve our overall performance
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize ROI
Manage a team of digital marketing specialists and provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure they are meeting their performance goals and contributing to the overall success of the team
Key Qualities:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large sets of data to make informed decisions and recommendations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and content that resonate with different audiences
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns and projects that meet business objectives and drive measurable results
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and technologies, including Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Hootsuite, and HubSpot
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
