We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President - Human Resource (HR) Consultant
Principal Responsibilities
As a Global HR Consultant, you will work closely with key stakeholders including Global Center of Excellences (CoEs) and capability centers (Ex. Talent and Learning) – For designing programs and projects.
Regional HRBPs and HR Advisors – For ensuring local level execution and implementation of programs.
The HR Consultant will also get opportunities to work with external consultants to help design pragmatic solutions.
Enable delivery of people outcomes – Provide actionable insights for formulation and deliver of people outcomes based on diagnosis of people risks and research on internal and external HR trends. Some of the people outcomes include (but not limited to):
Organization simplification and agility through re-structuring, workforce planning and change management
Fostering a culture of “customer centricity” within the organization through behavioral interventions
Designing and execution of targeted programs for (not limited to):
Organic and in-organic growth in strategic business areas
Building of future critical skills within the workforce which is aligned to future business strategy.
Building an employee value proposition to attract and retain talent.
Requirements
Minimum + -11 years of experience in driving large HR transformation initiatives spanning across multiple HR areas.
Should have external consulting experience and experience of developing and implementing ways of working to promote agile HR and associated design methods and tools.
Be comfortable with ambiguity and have strong analytical abilities to draw insights to support business decisions.
Experience of having partnered and successfully implemented multiple complex and critical projects with end-to-end ownership and are able to identify problems and mitigate risks.
Should have strong influential skills and is comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders across levels, geographies and leveraging them at times to deliver required results.
