We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Design Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills. As an Assistant Fashion Designer, you will assist in the development and design of women's wear collections, working closely with the lead designer to create innovative designs.
Responsibilities include:
• Assisting in the creation of mood boards and selecting fabrics, colors, prints, and trims
• Overseeing the production process to ensure designs are executed accurately
• Collaborating with the marketing team to provide creative input for campaigns and photoshoots
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in women's apparel
• Excellent understanding of garment construction and fabric behavior
