What will you do in a nutshell?
As the CXO of ZoloStays, we are seeking a dynamic Associate Accountant with a high-hustle, high-learning mindset. Responsible for Tally accounting, vendor coordination, invoice processing, and more. Join our fast-growing startup and be part of an exciting journey in the co-living space.
Your role in detail
• Manage Tally accounting, including journal entries and fixed assets accounting.
• Coordinate with vendors for bills, payments, and reconciliation.
• Process and verify invoices, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Conduct ledger reconciliation and bank reconciliation statements.
• Provide assistance in tax audit report preparation.
• Collaborate with teams for seamless accounting and payment functions.

What qualifications can enhance the chances of shortlisting?
Mandatory:
• Good accounting knowledge.
• Expertise in Tally (including journal entries) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with accounts payable and ledger reconciliation.
Preferred:
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with fixed assets accounting, tax audit report assistance, and documentation.
• Proficiency in invoice processing and vendor coordination.
