• A Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant with 6 to 8 years of experience working in Record to Report function of APAC region.
• Any other candidate who with at least 15 years of experience in Record to Report function can also apply.
• The Candidate should have good communications skills.
• Ensure monthly closure of books as per the agreed timeline.
• Review of financial statements in compliance with IGAAP.
• Preparation of Flux analysis for Profit & Loss account
• Review of Balance Sheet schedules in the format required by the management.
• Implement and enforce internal controls to safeguard assets, ensure financial integrity.
• Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory standards, including GST and TDS applicable in India.
• Review of Advance tax and self-assessment tax computation as per the provisions of Income-tax Act, 1961.
• Manage the annual audit process, liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax, and transfer pricing auditors.
• Ensure timely filing of tax returns, including GST, income tax, and other relevant taxes.
• Hands-on experience in NetSuite will be an added advantage.
Working Hours / Shift: The role requires working from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST.
