Deliversales targets and ensure adherence to the Mandated SalesProcess:
Preparemonthly and annual action plans to achieve his/hergoals
Ensuringadherence by PFAs to the Sales process as mandated by thecompany
Motivatingand ensuring Revenue targets (as may be set from time to time) forthe PFA areachieved
Measurementand tracking of relevant metrics forPFAs
Ensurethat R&R schemes are communicated to understood by the PFAsin the team and used effectively to motivate and help the teamperform
Worktowards achieving the target sales and product mix from the team ofPFAs
Trackcustomer proposals through toconversion
Requirements
• Mustbe graduate & above (12th plus 3 year valid diploma is alsoacceptable).
• ForAADM at least 1+ yrs. of field sales experience.
• Industriescan be tapped ( Telecom, Life insurance, Retail, Pharma,Hospitality, Automobiles, RealEstate)
• Mustbelocalite
• Agebetween 25 years to 40 years
• Musthave twowheeler
