Estate & Tax Planning – Advise high-net-worth clients on estate planning strategies, including wealth preservation, tax minimization, and trust structuring
Trust & Estate Administration – Handle probate proceedings, estate administration, and fiduciary litigation, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws
Complex Transactions – Draft and negotiate wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents while addressing unique client needs
