• Administrator or Analyst who will be able to handle the responsibilities listed below
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Manage daily administrative operations:
• Undertake expense claims for business travel, meetings, and entertainment.
• Apply for business travel approvals, liaise with travel agent.
• Prepare and circulate approvals for E-Payment.
• Monitor expenses and approval status.
• Liaise and collaborate with MUFG Bank for operational matter.
• Create and report regular reporting materials
• Closely communicate with relevant stakeholders in MUFG Bank and MES India to comply with relevant regulations and applicable MUFG Group policies
• Provide support on adhoc requests related to administrative operations
• Assisting with general administrative duties to support staff
Job Requirements:
• High degree of accuracy and detail orientation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong teamwork skill with collaborative and diligent attitude
• Computer skills with an ability to work using applications
• Good time management skills
• Prior experience in working with apps and travel will be an added advantage
