Job DescriptionAs a Search Performance Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for setting up, executing Search platform(s) activations and monitoring budgets & performance. Having strong knowledge in various Search platforms like Google Ads, SA360, Bing Ads, Apple Search, Amazon Search, etc. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of the team, we'd like to meet you. The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience. Sounds like you . Fulfil relevant daily, weekly monthly and quarterly tasks ensuring that all campaigns are executed to plan and meet the targets . Build, setup and optimize campaigns across search platforms . Building, planning and implementing search structures & marketing strategy . Detail-oriented with effective verbal, written, and visual communication skills for a variety of audiences (internal or external) . Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement . Prepare client reports and provide insights and recommendations . Logical and analytical approach while interpreting the numbers . Mentor/ Quality check for junior team members . Sense of ownership very responsible for client budget management & performance monitoring . Keep up to date with industry news and developments stay ahead of the competition by analyzing, keeping pace and regularly documenting search engine industry trends across web/mobile platforms and adopting new/best practices on an ongoing basis . Work closely with the team members/ supervisor to meet goals. Job specific Knowledge & Skills . Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on online marketing tools and best practice . Subject-matter-expert for Search . Effective time-management skills . Strong analytical skills, critical thinker and problem-solving skills . Advanced Excel, Word and Power Point skills . Strong interpersonal and communication skills . Knowledge of different digital marketing channels is a plus To apply - you need to be: 1. Any graduate (Specialization in Marketing, Digital Technologies, Business Management or relevant field would be preferred). 2. 2-4 years' experience in Biddable media domain 3. Individual contributor role/Mentor/SME 4. Self-SufficientQualificationsExcellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills. Efficient team player. Strong Strategic thinking capabilities.. Exposure on online marketing projects domain pertaining to Paid Media- SEM, Social Media, Display Marketing ,SMO
