JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Business Analyst / Functional Expert Company Name: Target Peak Location: Mira Road, Mumbai (Work From Office) Experience Required: 2+Years Employment Type: Full-Time CTC Range: Up to ₹15 LPA (Based on experience & interview) Job Overview Target Peak is hiring an experienced Business Analyst / Functional Expert who can work closely with stakeholders, understand business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and support the development team for successful project delivery. The candidate should have strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders Conduct requirement discussions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings Create functional documents such as BRD, FRD, user stories, and workflows Prepare process flow diagrams and use case documentation Coordinate with development, QA, and product teams for implementation Validate requirements, support UAT, and ensure successful delivery Manage change requests and impact analysis Prepare reports, dashboards, and project documentation as required Required Skills & Experience Strong experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Consultant Excellent requirement gathering and documentation skills Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Experience in IT/software development projects Knowledge of wireframing tools (Figma, Balsamiq, etc.) Experience in UAT coordination and test case review
