As an Associate in Business Operations, you will process all transactions (volume based) and ensure compliance to quality and timelines. Maintain effective relationships with clients both internal and external.

• You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and determining the needs of the client.
• Ensure that all queries are addressed, and that client relationships are maintained.
• Ensure completeness & timelines of Data Processing
