Role Description
SARC Associates is seeking an Associate Chartered Accountant for a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi. The Associate Chartered Accountant will be responsible for managing, preparing, and analyzing financial information, advising clients on tax planning, and helping them in maintaining compliance with complicated tax regulations. The candidate should also be equipped to deal with responsibilities including tax planning, filing income tax returns, and auditing financial information.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
• Qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and taxation
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and Indian tax laws including GST and Income Tax Act
• Experience in accounting software, such as Tally, SAP, etc.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate financial reports to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise way
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team while managing multiple assignments and meeting tight deadlines
• Experience in Internal Audit and Statutory Audit would be an added advantage
