Job Description: Associate - Creative Graphic Designer
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Reports to: Team Lead – Creative Graphic designer

Role overview: We are seeking a Creative Graphic Designer with a strong background in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for design aesthetics suited to the US apparel market. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of art composition, colour theory, typography (font pairing based on design) and understanding usage of brand assets using guidelines.
Knowledge of Character licensing and current fashion trends and forecasting, and the ability to manage a design team and communicate effectively with clients will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
· Design creative graphics and patterns for the US apparel market, based on the inspirations provided.
· Create visually appealing and trend-aligned artworks using Adobe Illustrator (80%) and Photoshop.
· Collaborate closely with the design director to understand requirements and deliver designs.
· Ensure all designs adhere to character licensing guidelines where applicable.
· Maintain consistent brand aesthetics and design quality across all projects.
· Set up the designs as per the given templates using brand colors and Pantone matches.
· Exceptional visualization skills.
· Attention to detail, artwork creation, vetting, uploading.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (advanced level) and Photoshop.
Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Excellent aesthetic sense for the US apparel market.
Sound understanding of colour theory, font selection, treatment, usage, visualisation for kids’ apparel industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing apparel or fashion-related graphic design work.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Character Licensing (experience with multiple licenses preferred).
Experience in working with licensed characters or global brands.
Background in apparel design, fashion graphics.
Sense of US market trends in fashion.
