Role & Responsibilities
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data collection, data aggregation, content creation and quality checks for business review decks
Collaborate with CX Managers to project manage planning, delivery, and reporting of business review decks and action items
Collaborate with CX Ops Leads/Managers to define and refine a scalable business review delivery process
Serve as the trusted adviser to CX Managers & sales team to help deliver effective customer business reviews
Coordinate with CX Ops team members to establish dashboards/reporting in Gainsight/SFDC for CX & Sales leadership visibility
Must-Have Skills:
4+ years' experience in customer success/operations/consulting or similar roles in a B2B space
Graduate/postgraduate in Business Administration, International Business, or other related college business degrees
Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to conduct presentations to a large group
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail, familiarity with project management tools such as Asana
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a face paced environment
Experience with Technology/SaaS-oriented Customer Success/Experience function a plus
