• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
• Participate in training sessions and continuous learning to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software applications.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
• Experience
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is an advantage.
• Working Hours
• Flexible working hours with opportunities for full-time and part-time positions.
