Razorpay was founded by Shashank Kumar and Harshil Mathur in 2014. Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. What started as a B2B payments company is processing billions of dollars of payments for lakhs of businesses across India.
We are a full-stack financial services organisation, committed to helping Indian businesses with comprehensive and innovative payment and business banking solutions built over robust technology to address the entire length and breadth of the payment and banking journey for any business. Over the past year, we've disbursed loans worth millions of dollars in loans to thousands of businesses. In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X ) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital ).
The Role
We are looking for a bright and motivated Performance Marketing Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will support our senior performance marketing professionals in developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns to acquire new B2B users for Razorpay. You will gain valuable experience in all aspects of performance marketing, from campaign management to data analysis.
Roles And Responsibilities
• Assist senior performance marketing professionals with managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with a focus on B2B audiences.
• Conduct keyword research and analyze competitor strategies to identify high-performing keywords and target segments.
• Assist with creating and A/B testing ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements.
• Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and generate Daily/ Monthly/weekly reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, design, sales) to ensure smooth campaign execution and alignment with overall business goals.
Mandatory Qualifications
• 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing in B2B performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
• Experience with basic campaign management on paid advertising platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Linkedin ads ( a Plus)
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to learn and interpret data.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A passion for learning and staying updated on the latest trends in digital marketing.
